Express Daily Gratitude
Expressing daily gratitude has been proven to improve your health, heart and happiness. (Reported in Scientific American, Nov. 25, 2015)
Basically, focusing on what you appreciate helps extend your life and brings about positive change.
You can verbally say what you are grateful for or keep a gratitude journal. A daily ritual of listing 5-10 people, places, things and/or moments you are grateful for can improve your life.
